Rutland Northeast Supervisory Union is a PreK-12 public school system in Vermont serving the communities of Brandon, Chittenden, Goshen, Leicester, Mendon, Pittsford, Sudbury and Whiting.
Otter Valley Union Middle/High School
OVUHS is a public high school serving students in grades 7-12 from the communities of Brandon, Pittsford, Leicester, Whiting, Sudbury, Goshen, Florence, Forestdale, and Chittenden. The student population is 571, served by teachers, principals, guidance counselors and additional supporting staff.
Barstow Memorial School
Barstow Memorial School, long recognized as being dedicated to academic excellence, is a PK-8 school of 240 students located in rural Chittenden, Vermont. We enroll students from the towns of Chittenden and Mendon, as well as tuition students from other surrounding areas.
Lothrop Elementary School
Lothrop School is located in the town of Pittsford, VT. Approximately 235 students attend our PK-6 school. Our beautiful and well-maintained building, originally used as a high school opened in 1912. Today, Lothrop's Pre-K-6 students receive a 21st century education based on personalized learning through flexible pathways.
Neshobe Elementary School
Neshobe School, located at 17 Neshobe Circle Brandon, VT, serves students from the towns of Brandon and Goshen, Vermont. We have 423 students in Grades Pre K-6. There are three education buildings on campus including the main building, the Forest Dale (brick) Building, and a self contained Art Room in the little red schoolhouse located in back of the two main buildings by the playground.
Otter Creek Academy at Leicester and Whiting
Otter Creek Academy @Leicester is a small, rural school serving kindergarten through sixth grade located on Route 7 between Middlebury and Brandon. Otter Creek Academy @Whiting is a small rural school nestled in the Champlain Valley town of Whiting, Vermont. Whiting school is one of the member schools in the Rutland Northeast Supervisory Union that serves as a host site for its pre-school program for three and four year-old children.
